A small company based in Pretoria east within the IT industry is looking for a mature lady to join their administrative team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- 15 + Years Administrative Experience
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Own Vehicle and Drivers Licence
- Keen eye for detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigning files to colleagues
- Checking signatures on GIMI, STP’s, NAEDO requests, EDO facility letters etc.
- Preparing documentation for Facility Requests and updating letters
- Email EDO facility letters and minimum balance increases
- New applications – Receive, process, notify reps of outstanding documents, prepare file
- Additional Schlums / workstations, receive and process of applications
- Application Tracker – Keep updated with feedback from reps / workflow of applications
- Existing clients; banking detail changes, transfer of ownership, change in legal entities, branch information changes, resolutions
- Contacting clients, email & capture of PSSF
- Assisting clients with the completion of the PSSF application
- Assisting with the collection of PSSF Membership fees
- Cancel clients prepare cancelled file
- Send out documents required for changes – to consultants and clients
- Relieve reception for lunch every three weeks
- Reception duty when receptionist on leave or sick
- Check if clients are registered with NCR
- Draw CIPRO’s to verify legal entity information
- Assist with the collection of overdrawn Mercantile/AET accounts
- Sending out Minimum Balance increase letters
- Filing
