Clinic Clerical/ Administration Assistant required in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs, South Africa.
Monday – Friday
Salary: R18 500 with benefits
Permanent with Grade 12, MS Office literacy , fast, accurate typing, 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative environment (preferably medical administration, but not essential).

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet, screen, schedule, and direct patients , answer telephone calls, take detailed messages and route them accordingly,coordinate all administrative activities for the clinic , maintain a daily schedule for admin tasks, perform clerical, prepare and process all clinic correspondence and emails,perform medical receptionist duties as required to relieve receptionist,obtain, verify, and update patient information,request locate, send, and receive patient medical records,assist with preparation of agendas, materials and notes, attend meetings, take and distribute minutes,maintain patient files and assist in establishing systems as well as procure office inventory and clinical supplies ad necessary .
