Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be performing Secretarial duties for the Regional Manager, as well as Service Consultant duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include:
Travel arrangements and diary management (as and when required)
General office administration (orders, accounts and payments)
Assist in coordinating various initiatives within the region
Management of expense budget and Deviation reports
Compilation of monthly and adhoc reports
Event coordination and hospitality
Arrangement of meetings and functions
General typing and communication
Accuracy and update of personnel details
Regional Assiatant responsibilities will include:

Internal support to relationship managers.

Assist brokers, policyholders and prospective policyholders with the use of the infrastructure provided to contact the Contact Centre or CoE. Assist walk-in brokers, policyholders and prospective policyholders with the use of infrastructure provided at the New Branch Structure to contact the Contact Centre or CoE where the service request will actually be dealt with.

Minimum Requirements Matric or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 60 FAIS credits
Post matric qualification preferable
Prior experience in analysing data is an advantage
At least 3 + years administrative experience in a similar position advantageous
