Job Description

Logging of initial verification enquiries and follow up within specified time frames
Updating of resource planner, and communicating with potential client
Filing and Record Control
Schedule appointments and arrange travel for Analysts and Technical Signatory
Keep a track record of all verifications underway and timeline
Ensuring consistent application company policies and procedures
Good with filing, sorting and answering phones
Drafting of proposals and presentation
Invoicing and management of expense receipts
Handling phone calls in a professional manner and following mandated policies
Provide secretarial support to the team relating to diary management, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms etc
Quality controlling files before lock down against a checklist ensuring all procedures followed
Dealing efficiently with email enquiries
Dealing complaints and appeals from clients in professional and respectful manner
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Qualifications and Skills


Grade 12 Pass
A qualification in office administration would be an advantageous
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role that required the candidate to follow procedures and policies.
Experience in a highly regulated industry is a bonus.
Duration: Full time, 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent

CTC: R5, 500 per month – R7, 500 per month (dependent on experience and skill set)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08H00 – 16H30)
