Requirement Overview

Support the Quality Manager in ensuring consistent quality management standards / systems are designed and implemented within the business environment. Manage and implement countermeasures around the various risk areas affecting the business. Ensure compliance to the standard norms affecting quality management systems

Duties and Responsibilities
•Ensures customer service excellence
•Communicate vision and services to all stakeholders
•Identify problem areas and ensure corrective action is taken. •Preparation and analysis of the month-end reports to ensure accuracy of data.
•Responsiveness: Speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time. Building relationships with customer and other departments.
•Plan workload effectively •Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff, customers and service providers •Exchange information to solve wider problems and assist in making these decisions
•Understand how the function impacts on other business units and ultimately on business results.
•Adhere to business policies and procedures.
•Comply with quality management system and business objectives. •Update and implement new quality management requirements, as defined by business and management.
•Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures and policies
•Monitor key risks areas.
•Managing the service credits on customer contracts.
•Review business policies and procedures, and recommend changes where necessary.
•Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff and other departments
•Assist and resolve customer queries.
•Control records, documents and procedures.
•Ensure corrective and preventative action is implemented.
•Monitor customer satisfaction surveys
•Monitor service credits.
•Ensure agreed on timelines are met when acting on requests. •Accuracy and attention to details.
•Address and respond to general admin requests received from Manager.

Skills, Experience and Education

Matric. Quality management Systems. Post Graduate Degree
•Minimum of 1 years relevant working experience
•Exposure to Quality Management Systems
•Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
•Working and Maintaining Quality Management Systems
•Experience in similar role with requisite responsibilities
•Highly Ethical
•Analytical, confident and competent self-starter
•Deadline and target driven with high attention to detail •Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate
•Work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
•Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite)
